This is a complete set of sterling silver salt spoons that were manufactured in Japan from the early 1930s until the late 1960s. This set is in a wood box with brass hinges and covered with a green faux alligator cover. The box is in above average shape considering the age of this item. The forks have custom tops on each one - including a buddha, a traditional home, a military helmet, a pagoda, a paper fan, and a Shogi game piece. The box is lined with blue felt. Each fork measures approximately 9 inches long and they are made to look like Bamboo stems.
