"Do You Have a Physical Store?"
Yes, we are located at 110 West Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern. For nearly a decade we have been serving up the best jewelry to the best people both online and through our store.

"What are the Shipping Costs?"
For Domestic USA orders over $49, ground shipping and handling is always free. For orders under $49, the shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $5.95. For international orders, please see our chart of shipping charges. Express delivery is also available for an additional charge. All charges are shown at checkout, too. Simply enter your address and desired shipping method and click 'Update'.

"What is Your Return Policy?"
We offer 30 day no-hassle returns. Our complete return policy is found under the 'Return Policy' section on bottom navigation. Please note that a Return Authorization Number is required for a return.

"How Soon Can I Expect My Order?"
There are two factors that effect the overal delivery times - product processing times and transit times. The product processing time is product specific and it is shown on each product page. Product processing times can range from one to three business days. The second factor is transit times. This is shown on the checkout page and this depends upon your shipping method of choice as well as destination. This can range from a few business days domestically to several weeks for international orders.

"Do You Offer Express or Overnight Shipping?"
Yes - Express and Overnight shipping options are available upon checkout. Overnight shipping is handled by the US Post Office and it is overnight to most areas.
